The Básica lamp represents a return to natural materials. A birchwood cylinder rests on a heavy metal base of the same diameter and supports various shades in different shapes and colors – optionally made of sewn parchment or hand-stretched ribbon. A deliberate counterpoint to the metallic zeitgeist of the 1980s.
